winter cross training

Winter needn't be depressing for cyclists. Really enjoying cross training these days. Snowshoeing yesterday. The gym today. A swim tomorrow.

The rollers every other day just to remind the legs...

For January, 16 'swims' at 45min each, two laughably brief rides, and what seems like several thousand shovels of snow (if not more).

Lots of the same (minus any riding) for the coming week or two at least...

The dilemma with the snow is that whenever it's great to go snowshoeing, it's also time to shovel a lot.
