Wheelbuilders in Tokyo

Hi, I'm a longtime lurker, but this is my first post.

I'm trying to find a shop that I can trust to build a really good rear wheel. I've already got the rim (Zipp 303) and hub (DT240), so I just need a shop that has good quality spokes (Sapim CX-Rays or DT Aerolites) and won't entrust the 17-year-old apprentice with lacing and truing it.

Does anyone have a favourite wheelbuilder they can recommend?

Thanks for the tip. Anyone know anywhere a little closer? I'd love to hear people's opinions on Nalsima, Fitte and the guy at Yokoo. Oh, and what about Kalavinka?
