I saw this sign yesterday and have no idea what animal this is...

Is it a 'raccoon/beaver/pig'?

Granted, it was a toll road and I could not ride on it anyway.

Tanuki (raccoon dog) and araiguma (raccoon) are unrelated species, though they look similar. The latter is a US import in Japan. This sign is more likely to be about the former.

The sign is just insurance by the road management to make sure mischievous cyclists don`t try and ride on it! :gun: Obviously works
