If anyone wants to join - I'll be riding more or less regular training rides:
2) Tuesdays - Palace Pimple Pursuit. (PPP) Start at 0600 and ride 4-6 laps pursuit style. This means 2 'teams' start opposite - or just wait until roughly that, then try to catch each other following some basic guidelines. This is not a race, but an awareness exercise and chance to get some small intervals on each lap. Pursuit score will be judged only by the small uphill section. About 1.5hr max.
3) Thursdays - Arawaka Kilo Intervals. Start at Shinkjuku at 0600 - ride to Arakawa and meet there. We will do 5x 'step up' kilos then I'll think of something fun to do on the way back. About 3hr max depending on commute.
4) Saturdays - generally riding with 'Honey Badger' Pete and hitting the Greenline or other adventure routes. Min 150km planned with plenty of climbing. Always WATT and KOM worthy.
I'll be doing this regardless of weather - that's half the fun! And when winter sets in, then I'll change up more to muletto training.
