Saturday 6 September - Twelve Rivers Flat Loop (Ira)

Meet at 9:00 a.m. at Higashi Tamagawa Park near Futago-tamagawa station. ( http://goo.gl/maps/kyL1 )

A Century Ride over Twelve Rivers on a Flat Loop with NO MAJOR HILLS. We ride the Tama-gawa, the Asa-kawa, the Yudono-gawa, the Sakae-gawa, the Onda-gawa, and the Tsurumi-gawa as our six main Rivers. We also touch and ride on six other rivers before we come back to Futako Tama-gawa our starting point. A Tokyo-Kanagawa 100 km loop ride of rivers, trees, rice fields, and did I mention no major hills.
Total about 100 km. Easy to Medium pace, but distance makes this an intermediate ride. (I also can pick up riders anywhere along the route if you let me know in advance.)

Sunday 7th September - Three Rivers and a Food One (Ira)

We'll ride up the Tamagawa River for about 22 km to Yotsuya-bashi (near Y's Fuchu): Cross the bridge and ride the Asakawa River for about 8 km until Kitano station: Then we will ride the Yudonogawa River for 10km take a break at Food ONE. Then we return down the Three Rivers (about 33 km) to our start at Futago Tamagawa. Back before 2pm.
Total 70 km - 75 km. Easy to Medium pace. No big hills, but distance makes this an intermediate ride.

Sunday 7th Septemer – Tsurushi in Yamanashi (Francois)


Meet at 9:00 a.m. JR Hashimoto St. South exit.
Ride up to a small moutain before arriving at Tsurushi, then back to Hashimoto via Doshi michi after climbing up a little higher mountain. Route: http://www.mapmyride.com/jp/sagamihara-kanagawa/otsuki-route-105700617
