-- Saturday 14th September - Haneda Beginners' (James)
Meet up at 06:00 in front of the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills. 30 km out to Haneda and back. Easy pace. All welcome. Wear a helmet. Leader: James sw08023 @ gmail.com

-- Saturday 14th September - Eight Rivers Flat Loop (Ira)

Meet at 8.00 a.m. (* note early start *) at Higashi Tamagawa Park near Futago-tamagawa station. http://goo.gl/maps/kyL1
Ride a Century (100 km) over an Eight River Flat Loop with NO HILLS.
We'll ride up the Tama-gawa River, to the Asa-kawa River, the Yudono-gawa River, the "I-do-no-gawa" River, the Sakae-gawa River, the Onda-gawa River, the Tsurumi-gawa River, the Yagami-gawa River, and back to to the Tama-gawa River to our starting point. A Tokyo Kanagawa 100 km loop ride of rivers, trees, rice fields, and more with no hills. Total around 100 km. Easy to Medium pace, but distance makes this an intermediate ride.

-- Saturday 14th September - Tama Loop (Andrew)55km, easy intermediate. Meet at Roppongi Hills 11:00 for 11:10 departure (phone Andrew on o9o-6317-oo44 if delayed). Down through Komazawa, etc. to Futako-Tamagawa (crossing the bridge around 12:15). Down the Tama and then up through Ota-ku (perhaps with a small detour to see spare tyre Godzilla) to Jonanjima beach for lunch and drinks. Back to town in time for tiffin.

-- Sunday 15th September - Beginners' Ride to Odaiba (Sal)

Sal (o9o-7816-4612, salvatoresalvino @ icloud.com) will lead our classic beginners' picnic ride. Meet up at 10.00 in front of the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills. 30 km out and back. Easy pace. All welcome. Wear a helmet.

-- Sunday 15th September - Kasai Rinkai Park (Ira)
Meet at 10.00 a.m. (* note early start *) at our usual spot in front of the Grand Hyatt at Roppongi Hills.
Ride our regular route out towards Odaiba, via Tsukiji but then head toward Tokyo Heliport and cross bridge to Kasai Rinkai Park for a ride of 22 km. Take a break at Kasai Rinkai Park. Then ride back via The Red River Road, the Tokyo Heliport, Wakasu Park, see the Gomi bridge, and stop at Odaiba for a second break. Total 60 - 70 km. The only hills are the bridges we have to cross. Easy to Medium with quick pace as we learn to ride a little faster and a little further. You should be able to ride at least 20 km before needing a break.
