10 speed Shimano 105 components, some changes here and there, please refer to the attached screenshot for components.
Original specs are here: https://archive.trekbikes.com/int/e...nt/en/2013/Trek/madone_2_3_h2_compact/details
Geometry is the same as this one: https://geometrygeeks.bike/bike/trek-madone-7-9-h2-2013/ (size 56)
Currently set up for an "endurance" position for a 182cm person with a 90cm inseam.
I don't wanna bullshit anyone, this is an old lower mid-range alu bike which looks and rides like an old lower mid-range alu bike. It underwent regular maintenance until last spring, since then I only used it for liquor store and combini runs. It is still perfectly fine to ride as a beginner road bike/winter bike/bad weather bike/etc.
The chainset is fairly new, including the chaingrings. The shifting is a bit slow and loud, but nothing dramatic. I provide a new stripped 10 speed Ultegra chain with it, although the current one still has a lot of life in it.
The front brake is not the greatest but works reasonably well when aligned properly.
The rear tire is almost finished, needs a new one soon.
If you take the bike I can throw in some tools, inner tubes, cables and misc. bike stuff you may or may not need.
It can be checked out in Isogo-ku, Yokohama, around Sugita/Isogo/Yokodai/Kamioka area.
