training tip: using rollers to ride straight

here's a little trick i came up with a few years back to help isolate the upper body and improve balance and ride in a smother, straighter line.

get some rollers. Take the front roller (where your frot wheel rests) and find the center. once done, you will have two halves. Divide each half into two eaqual parts by drawing a line with a marker as you spin the roller one full revolution. The result will be as follows. you now have a line a quarter of the way in on both sides. try to stay within these boundaries as you ride. i found it actually made it easier to ride rollers and reduced the fear many new commers to rollers have of crashing. this trick should have you riding straight in no time
