Your best bet is to jump on the Tokaido line to Chigasaki, Ninomiya or Odawara and start from there. Don't waste your time slogging through busy roads with a million traffic lights. Once you're down in the area, there are loads of good loops and routes. Bear in mind that many of the Hakone passes rise to 1000 m and may be icy, so take the weather into account.
