The signup won't start until about 6 weeks from now, if the timing is like last year and won't end until late March. They invite teams from last year, so you should be able to join team TCC (a GS Astuto team also participated).
I am wondering if it will be on the same weekend again as this year's AJ Nishitokyo 300 km brevet, which I went for last year instead of Tokyo~Itoigawa (primarily because it started and finished in Machida, i.e. no long train ride).

Those who rode last year will probably get mailings and can post here to alert others.
I think the date should be May 18.
