The time has come!
The entry for Tokyo Enduro 2007 has already begun.

It will be held on Dec. 15th(Sat.) at Showa-kinen Park. (Tachikawa, Tokyo)
entry fee: 6,000 yen (for one person)

Who will join as team " TCC"?
Last year, we got 9th place. Of course we will aim more than 5th!
This year we will have more than one team!
And we will have bonenkai (forget a year party: 忘年会) in the evening.

その晩には忘年会もやります。

I'd like to go to the Bonenkai in the evening. Regrettably, I can't go to watch you guys racing as I did last year, as it's on a saturday and that means work.

Backups surely needed?

With 12 people involved, it seems fairly likely that someone will have
something come up -- in other words, someone is likely to drop out
for whatever reason.

I, myself, have had second thoughts. Training now for the Tokyo Marathon,
I wonder if I'll crash during the race and, say, twist a knee. I've committed to
doing the Enduro and won't renege (and I'm not equivocating), but if someone
really wants in, I'd step aside.

And again I say, we'll probably need people to fill in for those who, for
whatever reason, can't follow through on their intention to race come
mid December.

thank you for your quite important message.
I hope your good run in Tokyo Marathon 2008 and also in Tokyo Enduro 2007.

I forgot to write most important things:
The entry for Tokyo Enduro is already closed, but we also need some pit staffs and cheer leaders.
Last year, we were in 4 runners category and ran with 5 mem.............

Truffles is right of course. I had to pull out last year (Travis took my place) after falling UP the stairs at my house and doing my ankle 2 days before the race. If you want to join in there is always a possibility someone won't make it for some reason so I advise everybody to STAY TUNED to this site.

If you cannot join in, please come anyway. I couldn't race last year but thoroughly enjoyed the day with everybody and found I could do a few things to support the riders, you know like taste-testing the beer (can't be too carefull) and taking photo's for the gallery and stuff. So please come anyway and be the support team! Hey, this time you can support ME!
