Seems like this storm is passing through faster than originally forecast, and Sunday will be sunny with a high of 23ºC!
So let's take advantage of this Indian summer and stretch it out with an intermediate-level Arakawa loop. (You're going to miss days like this come January and February.)
Start at 11 from the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills, Distance 70-80 km, depending on the add-ons we take. We could be returning in the dark, like after 5, so make sure your head and tail lamps are working. Route: Imperial Castle, Ueno, Yanaka, Nishi-Nippori, The Mighty Arakawa, Kasai Rinkai seaside park, Wakasu Park, Odaiba. This is flat, fast and far, but NOT a beginners' ride.
