This is one of those rides that I've just gotta try again. I rode this solo last year but gave up after 2.5 mountains due to freezing my ass off. I want to try to do the full loop this time.
This is not a ride for the faint of heart but I'm gonna give it ago. I'd love some company to help the pedals go around on this mad journey. I won't be going out too hard this time so as to leave something in the bank for the later climbs but I don't want it to take all day either and it's a longish ride of nothing but ups and downs.
An early start is in order I think so I'll be shooting for arrival at Otsuki at 06:37. I'll catch a train leaving from Nakano station at 05:05. Will probably re-fill my bottles in the combini at the station or the 7-eleven down the road before the first turn off. I need to double check the trains but it looks ok right now.

Where to Meet: Otsuki Station (south exit)
Time to Meet: Sunday 14th September at 6:45am
My Train: Nakano station (front carriage) leaving at 5:05am. One change at Toyoda station to train leaving at 05:48. Arrives 6:37am at Otsuki station.

It's 127km and about 3000m of climbing. I don't know how accurate ridewithgps is. Here is the route which I copied from Joe who copied from someone else who ...
Would love you aboard especially if you know the route (I don't as I haven't ridden it before). You are welcome to come and blow your legs off up each climb so long as you wait for me Hopefully, we'll average a reasonable pace. Maybe 8 hours? Stop for food on top of Yanagisawa.
