Anyone?
Looking for a new ride and cant find much in Tokyo. Any suggestions?
Also, This site has no classifieds forum?

Welcome to the forum! :welcome:

Perhaps you can post more info of what you are looking for. We have a subforum for intros here. :)

Thanks for your suggestion. We are still a small community, but we might add classifieds in the future.

Cool, thanks ill do an intro in there.
Yeah im looking for a single speed. May ride it fixie or freewheel but thats the gist of it. Need something about 55cm or 56cm. Around that. I havent found anything and i think ive covered the city. :( Too tall for Tokyo? Im not THAT tall.
I want something simple and not that expensive.

Anything up to 58 shouldn't be a problem.

Ive been to a couple of local ones around here. Ive been to almost all in the Y's chain stores and they checked their other stores for stock. I also went out to Asagaya to some huge shop i forgot the name of. Oh, also to the Cycle Recycle Depot in Ichikawa. Theyre the hardcore fixie folks. No luck. Its pretty crazy.

I see a lot of bike messengers riding single speeds every day, seems they use smaller frames. Perhaps Sora-san or Muller-san can come up with a few suggestions.

I know of a couple of smaller "otaku" bike shops in the Okachimachi area.

Haha...thats cause theyre small dudes! People like that dont run frames that are too small for them. They ride WAY too much to be uncomfortable and in pain.
