Enosan at the bike store tells me the original record was set by a Canon employee 25 years or so ago in the pre convenience store era. Self supported too. Must have been an adventure!

I feel I could to 400 in a day. But 6 or 7 days straight...

Pacing, nutrition and recovery will be so important.

I've heard tails about the guy 25 years ago. Will get the full story. But I remember being told he went pretty much straight through, grabbing naps in bus shelters etc.

Assuming he's staying in hotels, it must have been months in the planning.

In that case you might need a neck brace as well!

Off the bike strength work may help but it seems like a common occurrence.

There’s always recumbents. Solves the neck prob with super aero gains.

That's the best way to go for rides like this. Deep rims and clip on aerobars.
