Only as a satisfied customer. picked up various bits and bobs from them, the latest an LAS Squalo helmet for ¥4000, and a rear light for just ¥324. I imagine service varies from branch to branch but they seem lot more reasonable on the pricing than most other 'used bike bits' outlets I have found.
