Thanks for posting. Already did the recall. You can call Shimano at a toll free number 24/7 and tell them, which shops to deliver the parts to. Then you bring old parts to the shop and your done. Sounded like the shop would also do the switch on Shimano's dime as well if you bring the whole bike.
Straightforward and I got a free upgrade to metal pads,yeah!
