I've been watching some You Tube videos on bike adjustment etc.
One dude saying that on a rainy day it's a good chance "to put a little back into your bike".... so far I've just been watching, not doing
Managed to wrench my back a couple of weeks ago, so this lousy weather is just what the doctor ordered. Fitness has gone down the tube and I'm going stir crazy indoors, but it'd be worse if the sun was shining...
Went out and bought new handlebars and tape to console myself. They're now sitting on my desk, and the next decision is whether or not to install them tonight while watching the Giro.
