There are no limits to the madness that is wrapping the UK in its wet blanket. The cops regularly issue helpful guides to the boys in blue, and now it seems they need guidance on how to ride their bicycles.

The entire article is quotable, but I will limit myself to:

The West Midlands Police guide has instructions in how to cycle downhill.
It points out, helpfully, that: "Gears and pedalling are not important, so adopt a neutral pedal position", before adding, in capital letters "DO NOT PUT YOUR FEET DOWN TO SLOW DOWN YOUR CYCLE".

OHHHH  It's the police blowing the whistle I thought it was someone marking a Prime lap!

There are some interesting dietary tips in the guidelines as well. It seems Jaffa Cakes should be added to the list of 'cycling foods'.

Of course.... They are the food of Gods!
