Hello everyone from a grey and cool London - it is June 1st after all,

I have been lurking and enjoying so many of the posts....

This weekend I am trying to achieve a couple of goals.

Ride 100 miles around Norfolk (er…..easy !) and….

Raise UKP 500 for the British Heart Foundation (….hard !!)

Success !

Completed - and within my target of six hours. Five hours and forty-eight minutes at an average of 27.56km/h. Especially pleased with the cadence at 84 rpm average, right in the zone !

Much more importantly I have managed to raise UKP 260 thanks to your support and generosity!

Now for the next one....!!
