It's that time of year when Rapha brings out their new collection. What's everyone's thoughts on it? Do you like the new core collection. How about the aero jersey. Will it make any difference?
Last year they released the data print which wasn't my cup of tea. I think they have now gone back to what they do best. Do you like it? Hate it?

No idea... Haven't seen it Got a link?

Does this mean there is a sale on the old stuff?

All over that baby blue:glasses:

Loving the fact that there are two sizes for caps again and the new pro team cap is the dogs bollocks, I snuggled up to it today.

Sacha White is coming to town next week to fit people for Speedvagens. You think Rapha is expensive? Take a look at those beautiful bikes!

Good chance to get yourself fitted for a SV. Go with the baby blue 2016 model. Very nice

I spec'd mine up and it comes in at 1,300,000JPY or there abouts and then there's shipping, sales tax, duty, whatever else on top. It's all or nothing, I won't compromise what I want so I just won't get it at all.

If I felt like getting a divorce this would certainly be the way to do it.

Keeping it Rapha, there's a youth in the RCC with an Independent Fabrication and he just bought one of the Specialised Tarmac they had for rental at the Rapha CC, he has an appointment with Vanilla Workshop for a fitting. I hate him:devil:

Get a Field. It'll work out cheaper, is just as nice/better in terms of build quality, it's more original, it's made in Sheffield...

I could go on (and am biased so won't).

Or even cheaper, Stoemper in the US offers amazing value and, having seen them in person, are great quality.

Lucky lad. When you say a youth? How old are we talking? Teen?
SV are certainly making some of the coolest looking bikes out there but I'm in agreement with @xDOMx . There's no better looking bike than those coming out of Sheffield at the moment. SV and Stinner are beautiful but they don't come close ;).

Feather are better, in terms of steel work. Ricky was schooled by Stu the Rolls Royce certified welder / and rider, who was the first to make his own BMX frames from scratch, and actually went on to prototype George French's first G-Sport frames which eventually became the Sunday frames, which are unquestionably the best steel frames made in any discipline of cycling.
If that is the case, Ricky certainly doesn't show his appreciation to that Rolls Royce guy. In every interview I've read, he seems to think he was self taught !!!

But yeah, I do agree, he does make beautiful bikes, although not exactly my taste.

WTF is it with Chris King and ENVE?

Is that the pinnacle?
Aye lad. Sure is. So sooner you accept this, the sooner you will become super cool.
If I were you, I'd sell your Pinarello and your house then buy a Vanilla bicycle (don't go with the cheaper Speedvagen) and kit it out with full Enve and Chris King.
