Help Need to rent or buy Bosch ebike battery in Tokyo

Hi,
I plan to travel on an ebike in Japan at the end of September. Can not take batteries on a plane. Can someone recommend where to rent (preferably) for 2 weeks or buy Bosch PowerTube 500 and PowerPack500 batteries in Tokyo and would communicate in English? Found only Trek bike shop in Tokyo on Google. Contacted them by email in English, no reply yet.
 
can you ship batteries from your country to JPN ? UPS or Fed Ex to your check in hotel?

l might be better than trying to rent or buy.

They consider batteries of 500wh as dangerous goods and do not ship for private individuals. Plus import duties - I'm from Europe.
 
ask Trek or Bosch in your country to make the request? I couldn't find much here,
Make and model might have helped, good luck.
 
Hi, Jonas. Did you find any solution with problem about transport ebike battery during you traveling
to Japan, last year. ?
I have the same problem.
You've got experience now after journey.
Maybe you know how to solve that .
