Was just wondering if any of you had any good suggestions for maps for the Kanagawa/Tokyo/Yamanashi area.
Currently I'm using my old car 'Super Mapple' and just ripping pages out as I go to different areas. My once well looked after car map is now a disaster!

Touring Mapple

Hi Mike. This response is a bit late in coming, but it may be helpful nonetheless. I find the motorcycle-specific Touring Mapple to be an excellent guide for cycling. It costs 2,700 yen and provides lots of info (in Japanese) about elevations, road conditions, scenic spots, etc. I picked mine up at Kinokuniya in Otemachi, but I imagine they are at most larger bookstores.

The pages are easy to copy and take on rides.
