Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the selling of my 2009 Wilier Izoard, size 58. Here be a slideshow on flickr:

Some of you have seen this bike. In fact, it has been stored since the group ride in Bosso I joined last February. Before that it was also stored all summer 2009 as I was out of the country from June to September. I am leaving again next month for 2-3 months in NewZealand and Australia and I just can`t keep it sitting. It is in like-new condition. It has a LOT of carbon parts. The bike was a project for me in Dec 2008 and Jan 2009. I built the bike myself, apart from the installation of the headset which was done by Velo Cycles in Seattle, Washington, where I bought the frameset. Everything was assembled to spec using a torque wrench and carbon assembly compound. The bike has less than 2000kms on it and has spent an embarrassingly large portion of its life in my bedroom. I am more interested in it going to a good home than I am in getting a lot of money out of it. It was a great project and a great ride, but I am just too obsessed with mountain biking to do this bike justice. All in the frame + parts have a list price of over a million yen, but I`m looking for much less than half that amount.
I think this is a great opportunity for someone to get an excellent bike for relatively little money. Message me and you can take it for a test ride. I live in Koto-ku, about 5km east of Tokyo station and 1km west of Arakawa, near Tozai or Shinjuku/Hanzomon subway lines.

Parts:
Shimano DuraAce 7800 shifters, derailleurs, brakes, chain and bb
Control Tech carbon compact cranks
Nokon shift cables (under the tape)
Spinergy Stealth PBO clinchers, kevlar spokes, carbon medium-aero rims and
Hadley sealed bearings, Continental GP 4season tires
Syncros carbon seatpost
Easton Carbon bars
Zipp carbon stem

With the bike I`m including:
two carbon fiber bottle cages and the Topeak carbon pump, mounted to the frame.
A new box of Fisik bar tape (black)

I`m undecided on the carbon torture saddle (amazingly comfortable) and the VDO Z3 computer/heart monitor. If you`re interested we can talk about them.
