My nephews in New Zealand are looking for some "cool" racing shirts with japanese writing on them. these are usually club jerseys so if anyone knows of any at their local bike shop could you steer me in the right direction please?
cheers

The Equipe Asada team has the name of the Meitan Honpo sponsor in kanji on the jersey... Will that fit the bill?

But the most "Japanese" jerseys around have to be these guys:

I've seen them around at various races and their kit really stands out (click on the FAQ link for clearer pics)...

Thanks. Seems for some reason only the girls were in uniform yesterday. But we have a batch of 70 arriving in a few weeks so they'll be all over town.

They may not look so good on the guys then...

Those girls were fast too...

More Half-Fast Cycling jerseys coming up

I'm pleased to announce that we're now putting another order together for the 2008 Half Fast Jerseys and other kit bits. Colorful, versatile, and a real conversation starter. Littered with kanji on the basemaps.

Take a look over at http://halffastcycling.com/jerseys/

A fluffy Fleece or toasty Winter Jacket might be just the thing for your wardrobe over the next few months.

See them in action in an album of photos from our latest tour: http://halffastcycling.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=23

You don't have to be half fast to be Half Fast. Anyone is welcome to join in the fun. I'll probably be submitting the order on or about 20th November.

Half-Fast gear

Mike, lately I've been copping a bit of flack for my bright green Liquigas kit, but I reckon your Half-Fast jerseys take the cake mate! They certainly would be easily seen by motorists though:confused:

Nalsima...

I would love one of these for the wardrobe...

But apparently, you have to go on at least 3 rides with the "Nalsima" crew first, and only then are you allowed to purchase one for quite a substantial sum.
Still, it might be worth it:cool:
