Hello.
I am happy to find this internet site! :)
I will move to Minami-Osawa, Hachioji-shi Tokyo, in 9 gatsu.
At that time, I hope to buy a road bike and cycle with new friends.
Maybe I will ask for some help at that time, onegaishimasu-.
Mata kondo...

thanks

Hi Thomas,
thanks for your reply.
a quick question...
I am planing to buy a road bike in Japan, maybe a Trek...
is it easy enough to buy a bike in Tokyo,
i.e. rather than buy one before I leave here?
I did notice on the Trek web site that they don't have the bigger sizes,
but I'm only 5'10'' (178cm) tall, so I guess I'll be ok...
I may call into a bike shop here just check my bike size.
looking foward to riding with you and others in the near future!
regards,
simon.

Hi Simon,

any frame sizes under 60 or 58 are easily available in Tokyo. Since you are going to live in Hachioji, check out the following thread about bike stores. :)

Hello and welcome, Simon! Good luck with finding your new bike. I had to bring mine from the US because I didn't want to spend the time looking for a large frame here.
