The first half of Sengen is just roads. The return leg is a hiking trail that almost killed me the first time I hiked it. Fifteen years later, I am very curious to try cycling it...The other two; you would die.
Cheers. I won't start with that, then.There is a steep downhill from the temple at the ridge which I don't think is rideable. The Baigo downhill is relatively smooth (on a full suspension MTB) but the Hinode downhill is steep, rock and rooty. I wear knee pads when I do that route.
