Hi All, Just moved to Hachioji from Minamiazabu. I'm hoping that there are some nearby mountain bike trails to be had. I'm certainly willing to drive to trail heads if required. Does anyone know of any good spots?
Thanks - Glenn

Thanks so much Alan! These look awesome. That last one though looks brutal!

Ome can be done as demonstrated here by @GSAstuto, @Naomi and me.

Fenceline / Sidetrail would probably be possible, with a bit of hike-a-bike. The other two; you would die.

The first half of Sengen is just roads. The return leg is a hiking trail that almost killed me the first time I hiked it. Fifteen years later, I am very curious to try cycling it...

Mike, that would basically link up with the Hinode or Baigo descents. There is a steep downhill from the temple at the ridge which I don't think is rideable. The Baigo downhill is relatively smooth (on a full suspension MTB) but the Hinode downhill is steep, rock and rooty. I wear knee pads when I do that route.

Hi guys. Ahmed. I just moved to Tokyo a couple of months ago, and just purchased a 29er. I would love to get with some people and hit some trails if possible. Thanks.
