My daily driver has suffered from a flat. It was a slow leak I'm guessing as when I came home last night everything was ok with the tire. I awoke this morning to having to sprint to the local train station in order to make it to work on time.

I'm going to patch the tube tonight, but I was hoping that someone might be able to point me in the right direction to find a tube that is 16" x 1 3/8". I have been able to find 16" x 1.75" but no luck with the size that I need. I believe there some stores that carry Brompton's in Tokyo but I haven't had much luck finding them as of yet on the web.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Y's Road (formerly Classic) in Okachimachi. They have some bikes with your tyre size. There are two 16" wheel sizes, ISO 406 and ISO 451 and you need ISO 451.
In an emergency, if you totally shred a tube, a 406 tube will stretch to fit.

Thanks very much for your help gentlemen. Hopefully I'll be able to check out those places this Saturday. I've temporarily patched the hole...it was a tiny one, but I still would like to get some backups. I'll let you know what I find!
