 I wish I could attend, but I will just be arriving to Yokota AB, Japan on the 14th of July. I won't get my bike in country until a later date. Have a fun run.

Cool, thanks for the information Sora-san. Count me in.

It cost 8,925 yen (with tax).:)

Beer is option.:beer1:

Interested

Hey Sora,
I'm interested in the ride - we never rode together. I'm on a MTB, that wont be a problem right, you seem like pretty "down to earth" people and not like speeding along on expensive racing bikes ?

Is there anything I need to do, except for showing up in Shinagawa ?

Sousou, if you have "on the road" tires for your MTB, I recommend you to quip them.:)
The road is very flat and it must be the fast run.

Yes, the only time you should be riding an MTB on knobbies is when you are off road, while on the street it's better to go with a city tire for MTB, smooth and fast

Agreed, even though I went Tokyo - Hiroshima in 4 days on a pair of speedblasters, which is a bit knobbery ... completely wore down the rear tire though, but great for my diet ;)

Putting the bike in for repairs and will change to some 1.5" road tires :warau: hope I will get it back in time for the trip

GO WITH THE 1.5'S THEY ARE FASTView attachment 35
