Cycling for fitness Newb..

Long term resident of Tokyo. Recently decided to get back into cycling
to improve my fitness. Putting in about 72km a week ( commuting )
at the moment and hope to get that up to 180kms per week towards the
end of the year ( currently ride two days per week ). Also hope to get in
a weekend ride, every now and then.

Bought a Pinarello FP2 and fitted the lightest Tubus rack and a Topeak Trunkbag to carry phone, change of clothes etc.

Hope to join on a beginners ride in the next month or so.
