Nice. I did the first day of your Noto peninsula ride a couple of years ago, in March, with intermittent snow. Was still great

I also enjoyed reading about Noto.

I did it 2 months after coming to Japan, with no Japanese, limited cycling kit and no real cycling experience.

One of the reasons I fell in love with Japan and cycling.

There are also conveniently located youth hostels for those that don't like to camp.

I'd also recommend Sado Island and Izu Penninsula.

Yeah, I've ridden on the Noto Hanto twice now. It's wonderful.
