There are some really beautiful photos in the gallery taken by a lot of us.

How about an end of year... Best photo of 2008 competition?

If somebody (Thomas?) agrees and we can come up with a plan... how about we all search through and pic a few...

Have a vote at the end of January or something?

I'm sure that it's possible to set up a poll thread...

Maybe have some different categories?

Landscape?
Riding?
Racing?
Portraits?

Just an idea...

I don't know if I should be in charge... :eek:

I just scanned through pages 1 -40 of the gallery.. (there are over 250 pages) and I picked out these..

I may have missed many nice ones...

This page may get too heavy if I load all the pics..

Please feel free to add shots you think are worthy and when we run out of entries... lets decide how to judge them, rank them etc... Nice to just admire them for a while...

There are so many great pics uploaded here, it's hard to pick "the best", but these are some of my favorites:

Landscape: From Sergey's Izu trip. Every time I see this pic I just want to go for a ride.



Racing: I wish the All Sports guys could actually take some dynamic pics of me like this, instead of boring head-on shots that make me look like I'm cycling to the store for groceries (or maybe the problem is the subject material they're working with...?)



(The pic of Alan from the Enduro is another really good racing pic...)

Group/Social: This is exactly how I remember Tokyo Enduro 2008:
