Hi all,

I have a mountain bike that has been disassembled and boxed up. It is a Giant Rincon that I purchased in 2006.

I would like to have it assembled and was wondering whether anyone can recommend a place that can do it?

Many thanks!

Where are you? Or rather... where is the box with the bike in?

Hi! I'm in Akasaka, but I can try to transport the box if necessary. I had it dismantled (for about US$30) and boxed so that I could ship it here.

I got a quote from Y in Akasaka at JPY 30,000 it seemed a bit expensive.

It's actually not an expensive bike ... but it is a gift from the girlfriend ... so it looks like I have no choice but to assemble it and ride it!

For 30,000Y I will come to your house an assemble it. :)

Truthfully, it is not hard. You could take the bike out of the box and take a picture.
I am sure people here could link you to Youtube videos or just explain how it goes together.

A set of alan wrenches should do 90% of the work and a 15mm pedal wrench.

Hi Luna Bear! Thanks for the offer - that would be great if you could do that!

How about you let me know what day works for you, and then you can let me buy you lunch or dinner after we are done?
