Happy 2012!

Well see that I haven't gotten to ride since Oct...

Haven't been on a bike except for a few short rides on the Mama.

My hernia has grown but it hardly hurts much anymore (don't know if that's bad or good).

Got a date for my hernia operation- will have it the 2nd week of Jan.

After some recovery I'll be hittin the bikes (or trainer) again.
Saw alotta bike shops at Minami Funabashi Lalaport today and they made me long for the CroMo.

Cyclin will have to compete with Soul Calibur 5 which got a 2/2 release date and is lookin good.

Sorry to hear about your (back?) hernia. Does it really need to be operated? Most back hernia can be treated conservatively, esp. at our age. I had hernia myself ten years ago and managed to get rid off it completely just by doing regular back exercise. Any intervention (even if endoscopic) introduces scars which themselves may cause further problems.

I have an inguinal hernia (in the abdomen area).

Had one on the left side 10 years ago and had an operation to fix it; this time I have one on the right.

The hole won't heal (and actually has gotten worse- my bump is bigger) and I've been waiting since October to have my operation (it's a lot like putting a patch on a tire, haha).

Will be glad to finally be back to normal (and back on my bikes).
