on my way to Mie ken now.

Hi guys.
An update .My cycling started on April 13 in Ube, Yamaguchi ken. I got as far as Tsu, Mie ken. Sadly I decided to turn back and return to Ube on May 24. A few problems came my way before getting to Tsu in Mie Ken. The rods on my tent snapped so I had no tent and other expenses seem to be more then I planned for, but... stay tune. If all goes well, I plan again to leave around June 17 and once again see Japan.
Camped in Shimane, Yanago, Tottori and Kasagi campground in Kyoto. Did pitch my tent in 2 other places.

I will just post some pics and edit on the computer.

Day 2 Sunday July 24
Did some biking.
Visted Hamada Castle ruins and the museum.
I watched the video of the history of the Castle . Walked up the hill just to see rocks and the landscape, also got bitten up by the mosquitoes.
Returned to the campground and chatted with a fisherman and his son. He is building a free campsite in Hiroshima. Ended up giving me an ice cold beer. Heavy rain all night. Didn't go so well with the tent.
Here are some pictures.
