Still following my 2 favorite Japanese riders and they're standing up pretty well so far in the biggest road race in Asia for the year... Malaysia's Tour De Langkawi...
Some big name clubs riding there this year....
Shinichi broke away form the peleton today with 10 others and managed to hold them off for a stage win that propelled him up into 2nd place in the general classification....
Shinichi missed most of last season by breaking his collar bone twice... 2 years ago Koji made one of the biggest breakaway stage victories in this race's history....
General classification after stage 7
1 Anthony Charteau (Fra) Crédit Agricole 24.13.12
2 Shinichi Fukushima (Jpn) Nippo-Meitan Hompo 3.27
