Size 49cm (used comfortably by 5ft 2in (158cm) person). Full dimensions and manufacturing specs are shown in the photos.
The bike is in great condition, the frame is NOT rusty, the tires are new. My wife is the only owner it has had and mostly stored indoors except for the last month.
It is used so it has imperfections. For example, the shifter doesn't always work well so you might need to repair it. The chain is a bit rusty so you can change if you prefer.
